Adobe has announced significant changes to its Value Incentive Plan (VIP) Buying Program, transitioning to the VIP Marketplace Buying Program. This update aims to enhance the customer and reseller experience by providing a more streamlined and efficient purchasing process.
Transition to VIP Marketplace:
- Adobe will retire the VIP Buying Program for commercial customers by the end of January 2025.
- My mid-2024, Adobe will stop supporting new VIP contract creation for the commercial segment.
- After mid-2024, all new offers and promotions will only be available through the VIP Marketplace.
- From 1st February 2025, all new and renewal orders for commercial segment customers must be transacted through the VIP Marketplace.
