2025 has been a great year for us at The SAM Club. At the start of the year, we took time to review the services we offer and the future direction of our business. That reflection set the stage for a year of growth, innovation, and impact.

Key Highlights from 2025

  • Streamlined operations with Monday.com We replaced our long‑standing Excel workbook with Monday.com, giving us a more dynamic and efficient way to manage our clients’ software licenses.
  • Knowledge Base articles We introduced a new area within Monday.com where all the articles we have written are stored, giving clients easy access to valuable guidance and resources at any time.
  • A refreshed digital presence Our website was updated and modernised, making it easier for clients and partners to connect with us and explore our services.
  • Client growth of 12.5% We’re proud to have expanded our client base significantly, strengthening relationships and welcoming new organisations into The SAM Club community.
  • Expanded product and service offerings To better support our clients, we introduced several new solutions:
    • Lansweeper Enterprise Edition via the MSP route
    • Licenseware, complementing Lansweeper as an additional add-on for enhanced license management
    • Scout (Surveil) for Azure cost management, offered through Infinigate
    • Microsoft training courses, also via Infinigate
    • Monday.com consultancy services to help clients maximise their productivity tools
  • Delivering real financial impact Through our expertise and solutions, we saved our clients more than £1 million in 2025 — a milestone that demonstrates the tangible value of our work.
  • Global expansion We proudly opened The SAM Club USA, extending our reach and bringing our services to a new market.
  • Microsoft license reviews in Ireland. We successfully completed three Microsoft license reviews and compliance checks for organisations in Ireland, supporting Enterprise Agreement renewals via Micromail. As an independent third party, we were subcontracted by Micromail to deliver this service, ensuring compliance and value for their clients.

Looking Ahead

This year has been about laying strong foundations for the future. With new tools, services, and international presence, we’re excited to continue helping organisations optimise their software asset management and achieve measurable savings in 2026 and beyond.

We are currently reviewing a tool for SaaS management and Shadow IT to be able to offer a further valuable application and service to our clients. More on this in 2026!
