It has come to our attention that Adobe have started to conduct Audits via BSA Compliance Solutions Global Software License Compliance Solutions Programs (bsacompliancesolutions.org).
Adobe Creative Cloud products are licensed on a per user basis. Therefore using generic email accounts such as info@, admin@, IT@, Marketing@ etc is not valid under the licensing agreement and can cause a non-compliant position.
It is also important as part of a leaver/joiner process or as part of the annual subscription renewal to review those users assigned an Adobe license.
At The SAM Club we have seen renewals completed for organisations where an individual user has 3 or more Adobe products assigned to them. In these situations it is likely Creative Cloud All Apps would prove to be more cost effective. Note : as a caveat, there may have been a discount applied at purchase/renewal based on a minimum number of licenses, but there are still options available!
